Project proposal summary

The Palmerston Values Cluster seeks to identify a professional learning community of teachers who will implement an action learning project focusing on explicitly embedding values into Literacy with a specific emphasis on narrative story telling. 

Teachers will employ values rich pedagogies with a specific focus on Respect and Responsibility. Students will undertake inter and intra school experiences and activities designed to develop students understanding and enacting of these values in their lives. A culminating activity between all four schools will be developed to show case and celebrate the learning. The results of the project will inform future directions and sustainability at each of the schools.
