Project proposal summary

This project seeks to integrate values into the curriculum. Teachers and students will establish a preschool to Year 10 values education continuum and integrate service learning as an opportunity for students to apply their values learning.

Teacher scholars will use an action research model to evaluate teaching and to produce evidence of student learning in relation to both values and academic learning. In addition, students will be co-researchers with their teachers, collecting and documenting their own evidence of how they have been transformed in relation to the values they study. Through their involvement in the project, teachers will also focus on developing their own and students' resilience and wellbeing.
